Chris Ventresca is Global Chairman of Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan and a member of the Global Banking Executive Committee. He has been with J.P. Morgan for over 30 years and prior to this role, served as Global Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. He has advised on over $1 trillion of announced M&A transactions including a variety of strategic acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs and sales, as well as numerous hostile defense and shareholder activism situations. Mr. Ventresca received an MBA in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and received a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
