Senior Vice President, People
Di Hirji is Senior Vice President, People, of S&P Global Market Intelligence, S&P Dow Jones Indices & Strategic Alliances. She is responsible for leading the People function across the division and building a people strategy and plan that will directly support business priorities and contribute to the overall growth strategy for Market Intelligence.
Di led the Enterprise Organization Design work for the merger with IHS Markit and now leads the people function for the combined new MI business, in addition to Strategic Alliances and Indices – approx. 18,500 employees globally.
She has extensive global experience, having worked across different parts of Europe, America & Asia over her 20+year career. Prior to joining S&P in April 2019, Di held leadership positions, including Global Head of HR Strategy and Vice President, Human Resources at Thomson Reuters. In her latest role, she was responsible for driving the transformation agenda taking the Intellectual Property & Science business from being portfolio driven to enterprise led.
Di also spent eight years in management consulting at Accenture where she led significant change and organization development programs for clients in the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of London and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Warwick Business School.
