Adelante: Honoring Hispanic & Latine Communities
Formed in 2004, Adelante delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for Hispanic/Latino employees and their supporters. Formerly known as the Hispanic Heritage Network, the group selected “Adelante” as its new name in 2016 to better reflect its core mission to help members advance and move forward. Today, Adelante provides its members with a range of professional development opportunities including access to senior leadership, interactive workshops and coaching sessions, and opportunities to give back to the local community. Adelante partners with organizations such as the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), and Proud to Be Latina (PTBL) on mutually beneficial talent sourcing opportunities and best practice gathering. With active chapters in Denver, New York, and Mexico City and proposed networks in Houston and London, Adelante continues to increase its global presence across the Company.
