Reach: Championing People with Disabilities
Founded in 2007, REACH delivers programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for employees impacted by disabilities and their supporters. REACH seeks to create an environment that empowers people impacted by disabilities to reach their full potential and positively affect our markets and communities. By implementing workshops and guest speakers focused on topics relevant to those with disabilities, or parents or caretakers of those with disabilities, REACH plays a central role in facilitating progress through sharing information and tools. REACH partners with organizations such as YAI and Disability:IN to conduct professional development sessions, discover best practices and provide resources on how to serve disabled employees and communities.
