Since 2004, WINS, the Company’s first PRG, has delivered programming that builds leadership competencies and increases opportunities for personal, professional, company and community success and impact for women employees and their supporters. WINS leaders are committed to creating a culture that inspires women to develop their leadership abilities, seize growth opportunities and increase their knowledge of S&P Global. With an ever-expanding network of 25+ global chapters, WINS offers workshops that provide women with the skills they need to advance and grow. Programming centers around our Company’s Leadership Essentials, including content that drives skill-building in Adopting a World View, Executing with Discipline and Elevating People to name a few. WINS corporate responsibility commitment extends into our communities through mentoring students at all grade levels, sponsoring robotics competitions and supporting women externally through career planning guidance.
