S&P 500 Quarter and Annual Dividend Index is an effective tool to hedge against or take a view on dividends for the U.S. market stocks. The index tracks the accumulation of regular cash dividends on a quarterly and annual basis and resets to zero after the expiration of the quarterly or leading December contracts. The annual index is estimated to grow by 6% in 2024 as its constituents, S&P 500 companies, continue to increase dividends.
