Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. and its institutional partners acquired a minority stake in US wireless infrastructure services provider Strategic Venue Partners Inc., a portfolio company of Tiger Infrastructure Partners LP. TD Securities was Strategic Venue's financial adviser.

– BV Investment Partners LP sold US-based legal IT services company Frontline Managed Services to Broad Sky Partners LLC. Guggenheim was Frontline and BV Investment's financial sell-side adviser, and Ropes & Gray was their legal adviser.

– Exsight Ventures LLC sold Los Angeles-based eye care services company Elios Vision Inc. to an affiliate of Bausch + Lomb Corp. Leerink Partners was Elios' financial adviser and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC was its legal adviser.
