Deal Wrap: Mill Point buys 2 electric companies; iCapital to acquire AltExchange

– Mill Point Capital LLC acquired Pioneer Custom Electrical Products Corp. from Pioneer Power Solutions Inc. and Jefferson Electric Inc. from Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative Inc.

– Institutional Capital Network Inc., which does business as iCapital, agreed to acquire US-based investment data firm AltExchange Inc.

– Francisco Partners Management LP agreed to acquire US cloud-based medical technology company AdvancedMD Inc. from Global Payments Inc. Moelis & Co. LLC was Francisco Partners' financial adviser and Kirkland & Ellis LLP was its legal adviser. Bank of America was Global Payments' financial adviser and Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz was its legal adviser.

– CVC Capital Partners PLC acquired a majority stake in US-headquartered industry-specific software developer Epicor Software Corp. from Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC. Barclays and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC were CD&R and Epicor's financial advisers and Debevoise & Plimpton was their legal adviser. Jefferies LLC and Evercore were CVC's financial advisers and White & Case was its legal adviser.

– Aquarian Holdings Investment Management LLC acquired a majority stake in US green finance firm Pace Equity Inc. DLA Piper LLP (US) was Aquarian's legal adviser. Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP was Pace Equity's legal adviser and Guggenheim Securities LLC was its financial adviser.

– Development Bank of Wales PLC sold UK-based menopause treatment company Health and Her Ltd. to Venture Life Group PLC for £10 million.
