– Northlane Capital Partners LLC invested in Plus Delta Partners, a provider of fundraising training and tools to nonprofits.

– Stellex Capital Management LP agreed to acquire the US assets of Rokstad Holdings Corp., a provider of transmission and distribution services for critical power infrastructure, from FTI Consulting Canada Inc., in its capacity as court-appointed receiver of Rokstad.

– Gemspring Capital Management LLC completed the sale of government process management software provider OPEXUS to an affiliate of Thoma Bravo LP. As part of the transaction, OPEXUS will merge with Casepoint LLC, and Gemspring will retain a minority stake in the combined company. McDermott Will & Emery LLP provided legal counsel to Gemspring and OPEXUS.

– ACON Investments LLC agreed to invest in Food Brands Indústria de Produtos Alimentícios SA. BR Finance served as exclusive financial adviser to the branded consumer food products maker.
