– Genaxis Inc. invested in South Korean clinical AI developer Mediqstar.

– FTV Management Co. LP, through a subsidiary under its FTV VIII LP fund, agreed to acquire Israeli maritime AI developer Windward Ltd. for about £216 million. Goldman Sachs Israel LLC was Windward's financial adviser and CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and Epstein Rosenblum Maoz were its legal advisers. Willkie Farr & Gallagher (UK) LLP and Gornitzky & Co. were FTV Management's legal advisers, and Rothschild & Co. was its financial adviser.

– DAO5 acquired the network validator of UK-based blockchain venture capital firm Owl Ventures.
