– Artemis Capital Partners Management Co. acquired US materials manufacturer Richland Glass Co. Inc. Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC was Artemis' legal adviser. McCausland Keen & Buckman was Richland's legal adviser.

– Cuadrilla Capital LLC acquired US-headquartered network automation platform developer Gluware Inc. Winston & Strawn LLP was Cuadrilla's legal adviser on the deal. KeyBanc Capital Markets was Gluware's financial adviser and Mintz was its legal adviser.
