Huron sells major stake in ExperiGreen to Wind Point; Main exits Pearl Meyer

– Huron Capital Partners LLC sold a majority stake in US lawn care services provider ExperiGreen MGT LLC, doing business as ExperiGreen Lawn Care, to Wind Point Advisors LLC. Honigman LLP was Huron and ExperiGreen's legal adviser.

– Main Street Capital Corp. exited its investment in New York-based leadership consulting company Pearl Meyer & Partners LLC. The move generated $53.7 million of realized gains.

– Golub Capital LLC acquired a minority stake in US financial services company Nassau Financial Group LP. Goldman Sachs was Nassau's financial adviser and Sidley Austin LLP was its legal adviser. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC was Golub's financial adviser and Kirkland & Ellis and Foley Hoag were its legal advisers.
