– Granite Creek Capital Partners LLC acquired livestock machine maker Ritchie Industries Inc. Rural American Fund LP also invested in the transaction.

– Staple Street Capital LLC sold US-based services outsourcing company InfoSync Services LLC to Cogenthub Pte. Ltd.

– Resolute Ventures Inc. sold Canadian professional communications platform developer Sparrow Connected Inc. to Fulcrum Management Solutions Ltd., which does business as ThoughtExchange.
