LightBay invests in Ro Health; Auxo acquires Southeast Vegetation

– LightBay Capital made a growth investment in Seattle-based clinical staffing provider Ro Health LLC. Lincoln International LLC was Ro Health's financial adviser, and Greenberg Traurig LLP was its legal adviser. Ropes & Gray LLP was LightBay's legal adviser.

– Tower Arch Capital LP portfolio company LifePort Inc. acquired PAC Seating Systems, a Florida-based aerospace seating solutions specialist. Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP and BDO USA LLP advised Tower Arch, and Truist Bank provided financing for the deal.

– Auxo Investment Partners LLC acquired Southeast Vegetation Management LLC, an Alabama-based vegetation management services provider.

– Bridgepoint Advisers II Ltd. acquired UK-headquartered customer engagement data security solutions provider Eckoh PLC at a per-share price of 54 pence. Eckoh was set to delist from the London Stock Exchange on Jan. 21. The acquisition is the first investment from Bridgepoint Development Capital's latest fund, BDC V, targeting fast-growing businesses with an enterprise value of as much as £300 million.
