– Northleaf Capital Partners Ltd. and Qualitas Equity Partners exited their investment in a 494-megawatt solar photovoltaic plant located in Murcia, Spain, via its sale to CHINA THREE GORGES -SPAIN- S.L. Société Générale was financial adviser and Watson Farley & Williams was legal adviser to Northleaf.

– Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of pharmacy chain Rexall Pharma Plus Ltd. and online health and wellness retailer Well.ca Inc. from McKesson Canada Corp.

– Orion Mine Finance sold a 7.18% stake in mining company Skeena Resources Ltd.

– Truelink Capital Management LLC completed its previously announced $535 million acquisition of Global Experience Specialists, Inc. from Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality Inc., formerly doing business as Via Corp. Moelis & Co. LLC was financial adviser to Pursuit, and Latham & Watkins LLP was legal counsel.
