– H.I.G. Capital LLC acquired advertising solutions provider Best Version Media LLC from Bertram Capital Management LLC.

H.I.G. Capital LLC agreed to acquire Canadian Nexus Team Ventures Corp.-backed Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc., a Microsoft cloud and AI solutions provider.

– Willis Towers Watson PLC completed the sale of TRANZACT, a direct-to-consumer insurance distribution company, to GTCR LLC and Recognize Partners LP.

– Olympus Advisors LLC acquired Accelevation, a provider of infrastructure products and services to the data center market, from an investor group that included Abacus Finance Group, LLC, Tecum Capital Management Inc., LFM Capital LLC and Centerfield Management III Inc.

– Thomson Reuters Corp. acquired Lead Edge Capital Management LLC portfolio company cPaperless LLC, an accounting and tax technology provider doing business as SafeSend.
