– KKR & Co. Inc.'s search for a buyer for India-based financial services business Avendus Capital Pvt. Ltd. has attracted interest from TVS Credit Services Ltd., Mint reported, citing three people with knowledge of the development. Other potential acquirers include Nomura Holdings Inc., Mizuho Financial Group Inc. and The Carlyle Group Inc., the report added.

– Quadria Capital Investment Management Pte. Ltd. is set to acquire a 10% minority stake in Indian contract research organization Aragen Life Sciences Ltd. for about $100 million, The Economic Times reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Aragen's promoters will sell some of their shares in the deal, which is likely to be announced in the next few weeks, the people said.

– EQT Partners AB and Temasek Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. are likely to sell O2 Power Private Ltd. to JSW Neo Energy Ltd., which has emerged as the lead bidder for the India-based renewable energy company, The Economic Times reported, citing people aware of the development. JSW is competing with Macquarie Group Ltd. for O2 Power, the report added.

– Falfurrias Management Partners LP is in talks to sell US condiments distributor Sauer Brands Inc. to McCormick & Co. Inc. for over $1 billion, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter. An agreement for the company, known for its Duke's mayonnaise brand, has not been reached and talks could still end with no deal, the report added.

– CVC Capital Partners PLC is in preliminary talks to acquire Vivendi SE's 24% stake in Telecom Italia SpA for €1 billion, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The acquisition could pave the way for a takeover of the Italian telecom company, the people said.
