S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a list of notable M&A transactions by North America-based real estate investors.

Vacatia Inc. acquired resort developer The Berkley Group Inc. and vacation resorts manager Daily Management Inc. Together, the companies will manage 11,000 units across thirteen states, including properties branded as Berkley's Vacation Village Resorts.

LendLease entered into a binding agreement to sell its UK construction business to private equity firm Atlas Holding. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025 subject to regulatory approval.
