SchneiTec Dynamic is a special purpose company established for the development of a 60 megawatt solar photovoltaic power plant with a battery energy storage system, located in Kampong Chhnang province, Cambodia. The company is wholly owned by Heng Socheat (the sponsor), a Cambodian national, who also owns other companies, together constituting the SchneiTec Group.
