If you spot something wrong, we’ll make it right. Our analysts get to work to review your submission and validate the discrepancy to ensure our data is accurate, relevant, and complete. If the issue is verified, we promptly correct the data and conduct a root-cause analysis to get to the bottom of the issue.

Redeem your reward or donate to charity

For over 20 years, our company has offered the Quality Program. As a thank you, we issue a $50 reward for each verified mistake or omission you bring to our attention. This comes in the form of a USD $50 electronic VISA reward card. If clients prefer a charitable option or are not permitted to accept the reward, we make an equivalent USD $50 donation in partnership with the S&P Global Foundation and send you a thank you letter for your generosity.

When clients chose to donate their rewards in partnership with the S&P Global Foundation, they are supporting inclusive sustainable economies and thriving global communities. Each quarter, we designate all Quality Program donations to one of our strategic focus areas: Bridging the Global Skills Gap, Creating an Inclusive Economy, promoting a Sustainable Environment, or supporting global disaster relief efforts with a focus on resiliency. Our goals:
  • Meet the STEM and digital hiring needs of employers globally
  • Increase diversity in the digital workforce

What our grantees do:
  • Inspire students, particularly girls, to pursue STEM and digital careers
  • Create digital fluency, encourage the application of STEM learning to “real world” problems, and demonstrate the value of data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Develop employable skills specifically for STEM and digital careers

Creating an Inclusive Economy

Our goals:
  • Increase participation of women, people of color, and other underrepresented groups in global economies

  • Provide the resources women and refugee entrepreneurs need to succeed, such as mentoring and access to capital
  • Advocate for policies that support women in entering and succeeding in the workforce, such as affordable and flexible education, fair wages and childcare
